Inspection steps and process of the gearbox
The inspection steps of the reducer are divided into: inspection, disassembly, assembly, and testing and acceptance.
Inspection: (1) Bearing: Clean with heated mineral oil to ensure that there is no jamming in any direction when gently rotating the inner race by hand after cleaning, and then use a feeler gauge to check the clearance. (2) Gear: Ensure that the gear does not have broken teeth, cracks, or peeling. (3) Shaft: Ensure that there are no large abrasions or scratches on the shaft, and the ovality and taper on the shaft diameter should not be maintained between 0.015 and 0.025mm. The surface roughness of the matching dimensions can meet the technical requirements on the drawing.
Disassembly: (1) Clean the coal slurry on the WPWKO120,WPWKO135,WPWKO155,WPWKO175,WPWKO200 gearbox, lift it to the waste oil point, unscrew the oil drain plug, and drain all the waste oil. (2) Unscrew the connecting plate, bearing cover, reducer interface bolts, and tile cover bolts. (3) Knock off the conical fixing pin and lift off the box cover with a crane. (4) Remove the high-speed shaft and passive shaft.
Assembly: (1) Install the passive shaft, three shafts, two shafts, and high-speed shaft in sequence. (2) Adjust the side clearance and axial clearance of the gears. (3) Apply sealing adhesive evenly on the joint surface of the gearbox, close the other box of the gearbox, compact and tighten the conical fixing pin with a sledgehammer, and then tighten the bearing cover and box interface bolts.
Test and acceptance: align and install the motor, add industrial gear oil into the mesh machine, and power on the machine for test run to ensure that the reducer runs smoothly, without impact, abnormal vibration and noise, and there is no oil leakage or oil leakage at all sealed nodes and joints.
