At the same time, use anti adhesive or oil to protect the hollow shaft, prevent wear and rust, and prevent the scale on the fitting area. It is difficult to disassemble during maintenance
2. Selection of lubricating oil and additives
The worm gear reducer generally uses 220 # gear oil. For some gear reducers with heavy load, frequent startup and poor operating environment, some lubricating oil additives can also be used. When the reducer stops running, the gear oil will still adhere to the gear surface to form a protective film to prevent heavy load, low speed, high torque and metal to metal contact during startup. The additives also contain sealing ring regulators and anti leakage agents to keep the sealing ring soft and elastic, Effectively reduce lubricating oil leakage
3. Selection of installation position of reducer
If the location allows, vertical installation shall not be used as far as possible. During vertical installation, the amount of lubricating oil added shall be much more than that of horizontal installation, which is easy to cause heat and oil leakage of the reducer. Some of the 40000 bottles/hour pure draft beer production lines introduced by the factory are installed vertically. After a period of operation, the transmission pinion has been greatly worn, or even damaged. After adjustment, the situation has been greatly improved.
4. Establish corresponding lubrication maintenance system
Basic maintenance shall be carried out for the reducer. Each reducer shall be checked regularly by the responsible person. When the oil temperature rises significantly, exceeds 40 ℃ or exceeds 80 ℃, the quality of oil drops, or more copper powder is found in the oil, and abnormal noise is generated, the reducer shall be stopped immediately for maintenance, troubleshooting, and replaced with lubricating oil before use. When refueling, the oil quantity and installation position shall be consistent, Ensure that the reducer is properly lubricated
