Some precautions for using worm gear reducer:
(1) Do not hammer the reducer housing with gravity to avoid damage
(2) Regularly check whether the installation foundation, seals, transmission shaft, etc. are normal.
(3) In normal use, the temperature of lubricating oil shall be less than 85 ℃. In case of abnormal oil temperature rise and abnormal noise, the machine must be shut down immediately for inspection. The machine can only be used again after troubleshooting.
(4) The replacement of new spare parts must be formally used after running in and load test.
