When refueling the gear reducer placed horizontally without oil window, remove the observation cover at the upper end of the reducer and insert the dipstick vertically into the bottom of the box (the dipstick is vertical to the bottom of the box). The oil level is 55mm-65mm; It is forbidden to mix new and old oil.
For the gear reducer (e.g. granulation process in the first workshop) placed obliquely during the weekly inspection and monthly inspection, remove the observation cover at the upper end of the reducer and insert the dipstick vertically into the bottom of the box (the dipstick is vertical to the bottom of the box). The oil level of the reducer of No. 1 disc is 285mm-300mm, the oil level of the reducer of No. 2 disc is 215mm-225mm, and the oil level of the reducer of No. 3 disc is 195mm-205mm (i.e. the oil level exceeds the lowest ball).
During weekly inspection and monthly inspection of cycloidal reducer, observe the oil window to make the oil level at the center line of the oil window.
The gear reducer and cycloid reducer shall be replaced with new oil every six months. The summer oil shall be replaced in summer, and the winter oil shall be replaced in winter. The old oil shall be drained when changing the oil. It is strictly prohibited to mix the old and new oil.
Precautions: clean the impurities on the upper end cover before oil filling. During oil filling, it is strictly prohibited for foreign matters to enter the reduction box (such as granulated products and dust) to wear the gear of the reducer and reduce the service life of the reducer. After oil filling, clean the impurities on the upper end cover and cover it in time The upper cover, the joint between the upper end cover and the reducer shall be filled with sealant to prevent oil leakage. There shall be a gasket under the upper end cover and it shall be tightly connected with the reducer.
