How much lubricating oil should be added to the R-type coaxial reducer? Which one to add?

In the process of using a WPWE80-135,WPWE100-155,WPWE120-175,WPWE135-200,WPWE155-250 gearbox, we often say that it needs to be maintained after a certain period of time. So one thing that must be done during maintenance is to replace the lubricating oil. Because the internal gears of the gear reducer can reduce friction and effectively protect the gears when running at high speed with lubricating oil. In the previous issue, the editor also shared with you some information about the use of lubricating oil, and if conditions permit, try to drain the original lubricating oil as much as possible before replacing it with a cleaning agent before adding new lubricating oil. Do not mix new and old lubricating oils. Although it may save money, it is not a good thing for the machine, so it is recommended that you do not do so.

So, in the process of using a reducer, different models of reducers and installation positions have different requirements for lubricating oil. Today, let's take a look at the amount of lubricating oil required for the installation of various models of M1-M6 in the R series gearbox. Because different installation positions require different amounts of oil, you can take a look at the differences in fuel consumption among different models below.

When changing oil, if you don't know exactly how much to inject, it's best to use the graduated bottle, so there won't be too much or too little. Excessive or insufficient lubricating oil in the gearbox can cause gearbox failure. Because the amount of oil affects the oil temperature and internal air pressure, we need to pay attention to it.
