Whether it is for maintenance or for the gear of the reducer equipment, disassembly is necessary. Today, we will introduce the disassembly process of gear reducers.
Firstly, during the process of disassembling the gear reducer, it is necessary to support the legs. The main reason for keeping the arm frame in place or dropping it to the ground is to prevent the arm frame from being thrown out during the disassembly of the reducer or braking system, resulting in a rollover and avoiding personal injury accidents.
When disassembling the gear reducer, the following markings need to be made on each joint surface to prevent incorrect oil port orientation during installation, or stress deformation between the various components of the joint surface that may cause oil leakage after installation; When disassembling the brake adjustment screw, it is necessary to ensure that all bolts are loosened to prevent unnecessary trouble caused by not loosening in a certain direction.
For example, hydraulic oil emerges from the oil cup at the oil outlet; At this point, you can check if the seals (sealing rings, retaining rings, and skeleton oil seals) in the brake components are damaged; If there is oil or leakage on the upper gland, it is necessary to check the skeleton oil seal on top.
If there are no visible problems with the gear reducer from the surface and there are no problems with the oil circuit, does the boom not brake? It should be seen whether the brake pads on the brake components are excessively worn or whether the springs inside are not elastic; When refueling the gear reducer equipment, you can choose to add gear oil one by one, which is more useful
