Because it also needs lubricating oil to operate, lubricating oil plays a very important role. However, the oil used for different types of equipment is different, and the oil varies with the temperature. How can we make full use of the oil to improve the performance of the reducer?
1. When refueling, tighten the vent cap on the upper part of the base. When the oil is discharged, loosen the oil drain plug on the lower part of the base, and then drain the dirty oil; Generally, the manufacturer will not add oil when the reducer leaves the factory.
2. The new reducer has lubricating grease, but it must be replaced every six months.
3. The horizontal cycloidal pinwheel reducer is usually lubricated by oil pool, and the oil level can be kept in the middle of the oil window. When the working conditions are poor and the working temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used.
4. Replace the new oil 100 hours before refueling, clean the internal oil before continuous operation, and replace it with an 8-hour working system every 6 months. If the working conditions are poor, the oil change interval can be reduced accordingly. Practical experience has proved that frequent cleaning and oil change of the reducer play a vital role in extending the service life of the reducer, so the lubricating oil should be supplemented frequently in the process of use.
5. For vertical reducer, special attention shall be paid to the fact that the oil pump cannot be short of oil. A long time of oil shortage will easily cause problems in the parts of the reducer.
6. It is usually lubricated with 40 ＃ 50 ＃ mechanical oil at room temperature. In order to improve the performance of the reducer and the cycloid reducer to extend its service life, 70 ＃ or 90 ＃ extreme pressure gear oil is recommended for the cycloid gear. When working at high temperature and low temperature, it is also necessary to consider whether to change the oil.
The comprehensive analysis shows that the lubricating oil plays a very important role in the operation of the whole reducer. When the temperature is good, the lubricating oil can fully exert the performance of the reducer, and it can effectively protect the reducer and extend its service life in the long-term operation and use of the reducer.
