How to deal with the typical structure, set the boundary conditions and accurately simulate the working conditions of the reducer in the simulation process is a process of continuous exploration and accumulation. This paper will introduce the processing methods of several typical boundary conditions and the analysis results of the reducer case when the industrial reducer is simulated.
Industrial reducers are mainly used in all fields related to transmission, including coal mines, power plants, aviation and navigation. Their working environment is generally complex. Temperature, air pressure, vibration and dust all pose a test for the normal operation of reducers. The industrial reducer is a large equipment and plays a very important role. Once it works abnormally or fails, the consequences will be unimaginable. This requires that the designed reducer has a reasonable structure and can work safely and reliably under a variety of complex working conditions and harsh environments.
The gears at all levels of the reducer are fixed on the box of the reducer through shafts and bearings. Industrial reducers generally transmit large power and torque. Therefore, in the process of gear meshing and transmission, large tangential force, radial force and axial force will be generated between each other. These forces are transmitted to the box through each bearing to make the box deformed. The following will simulate the stress and deformation of the box.
