Treatment method for deviation of cycloid gear of reducer
When using the gear reducer equipment, we often encounter some gear deviation of the gear reducer. Today, I will talk about the single pitch deviation of the cycloid gear: the algebraic difference between the actual pitch and the theoretical pitch on the end plane of the lead screw elevator on a circle concentric with the axis of the cycloid gear near the middle of the tooth.
Cumulative deviation of cycloidal gear pitch: algebraic difference between the actual arc length and the theoretical arc length of any K tooth pitches. In theory, it is equal to the algebraic sum of the individual tooth pitch deviations of the K tooth pitches, and the tooth pitch number K is given by the design.
Cumulative total deviation of cycloid gear pitch: the cumulative deviation of pitch in any arc segment (K=1 to K=Zc, Zc is the number of teeth of the cycloid gear) on the same side of the tooth surface of the cycloid gear. It represents the total amplitude of the cumulative deviation curve of tooth pitch.
Tooth profile deviation of cycloid gear: the amount of actual tooth profile deviation from the design tooth profile in a complete tooth profile on the end plane, which is calculated in the normal direction of the design tooth profile. The complete tooth profile refers to the tooth profile corresponding to a theoretical tooth angle between any two adjacent tooth roots of the cycloidal gear, and the design tooth profile refers to the tooth profile that meets the design requirements.
Tooth alignment deviation of cycloid gear: the end face distance between two theoretical tooth alignment lines containing the actual tooth alignment line at the working part of the tooth width on a cylindrical surface close to the middle of the tooth and coaxial with the axis of the cycloid gear.
The difference between the actual distance and the theoretical distance between the tooth top of any tooth of the cycloid gear and a tooth root on the relative 180 degree center angle. For cycloidal gears with an even number of teeth, it is the difference between the actual diameter of the tooth top circle or the tooth root circle and the theoretical diameter.
Radial circular runout of the cycloid gear tooth profile: within the range of one revolution of the cycloid gear, the probe contacts with the tooth profile in the tooth groove on both sides near the high and middle part of the tooth, and the change of the probe position relative to the axis of the cycloid gear.
Comprehensive total deviation of cycloid gear section: on the end plane, the distance between two equidistant lines of the combined design tooth profile trace that contains all the actual tooth profile traces.
Comprehensive deviation of one tooth section of cycloid gear: comprehensive deviation of the section within any tooth pitch angle of cycloid gear.
Single pitch deviation of the needle gear: on the end plane, the algebraic difference between the actual arc length and the theoretical arc length of the needle gear center circle between any two adjacent tooth profiles on the same side.
Accumulated deviation of needle gear pitch: the algebraic difference between the actual arc length and the theoretical arc length of any K tooth pitches on the center circle of the needle gear. It is equal to the algebraic sum of the individual tooth pitch deviations of the K tooth pitches. The number of tooth pitch K is given by the design.
Cumulative total deviation of needle gear tooth pitch: the tooth pitch deviation of any arc segment of the same side tooth profile of the needle gear on the center circle of the needle gear. It represents the total amplitude of the cumulative deviation curve of tooth pitch.
