Some precautions for using worm gear reducer:
(1) Do not hammer the reducer housing by gravity to avoid damage.
(2) Regularly check whether the installation foundation, seal and transmission shaft are normal.
(3) In normal use, the temperature of lubricating oil should be less than 85 ℃. In case of abnormal changes in oil temperature rise, abnormal noise and other phenomena, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection, and can be used again after troubleshooting.
(4) Replacement of new spare parts must be formally used after running-in and load test.
