Precision planetary gear reducer is composed of planetary gear, sun gear and internal gear ring. Compared with the ordinary reducer, the precision planetary reducer has higher rigidity, higher precision, transmission efficiency (up to 98%) and higher torque. It is generally connected with a micromotor for reducing speed, lifting torque and matching inertia. The planetary reduction motor has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, large load, high efficiency, long service life, large speed ratio, low inertia, low noise and small structure. It can be connected with brush motor, brushless motor and hollow cup motor for reduction transmission.


Planetary reduction motors are divided into primary reduction (reduction ratio ≤ 10:1), secondary reduction (reduction ratio ≥ 10:1, ≤ 200:1) and tertiary reduction. They are widely used in aviation, medical equipment, intelligent robots, smart homes, electric tools and other industries.


Ordinary reduction motors are decelerated by the principle that small gears drive large gears, and the gear ratio of small gears is the transmission ratio.
