Precautions before installation of gear reducer:
The installation shaft of this machine should be cleaned before use. And check whether the installation shaft has bumps and dirt, if any, it should be completely removed.
The service temperature of gear reducer is ~ ℃.
Check whether the matching dimension of the hole (or shaft) connected with the reducer meets the requirements. The tolerance of the hole should be h (the tolerance of the shaft should be h).
Before use, replace the plug at the highest position with the exhaust plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged during the operation of the reducer.
Installation of gear reducer
The reducer can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing and torsion resistant support structure.
In any case, it is not allowed to hammer the pulley, coupling, pinion or sprocket into the output shaft, which will damage the bearing and shaft.
Use and maintenance
Check whether the reducer is flexible after installation. For formal use, no-load test must be carried out. Under the condition of normal operation, gradually load and operate.
The gear reducer shall not be used beyond the rated load.
Check whether the oil level of the reducer is normal before use and during operation. The reducer has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. Name of lubricating oil: medium load industrial gear oil
Oil change process:
The lubricating oil should be changed after the first oil change. The lubricating oil should be changed every ~ hours after the machine runs for 200 ~ 300 hours. Work in harsh working environment, high temperature and large dust
The lubricating oil should be checked every half a month on the occasion of operation. If dirt is found in the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil should be replaced to keep the lubricating oil clean, prolong the service life of the reducer and improve economic benefits.
Oil replacement
When changing the oil, wait until the gear reducer cools down and there is no danger of combustion, but keep it warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. (Note: cut off the power supply of the transmission device to prevent inadvertent energization!)
Use skills of reducer
After ~ hours of operation, the oil should be changed for the second time, and the quality of the oil should be checked regularly in future use. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, the reducer that has been working continuously for a long time should be replaced with new oil according to the operating hours or once a year. The reducer that has been out of service for a long time should also be replaced with new oil before it is re operated. The reducer shall be filled with oil with the same brand as the original one, and shall not be mixed with oil of different brands. Oil with the same brand but different viscosity is allowed to be mixed.
